FORCE MAJEURE

The Real Person BUYER, by using the website and accepting this Agreement, becomes a party to the Agreement, and is informed that the personal data to be shared with Fatih CARPAN will be collected, processed, shared, transferred under the above-mentioned purposes, scope and conditions, and informed about their rights. ; understands what the personal data to be collected is and how it is/will be obtained; that he/she shares the data he/she provides directly with his/her own request and express consent; It also allows obtaining personal data through other indirect methods described above; To obtain, process, share, transfer, process in Turkey or to be processed and stored outside of Turkey, the countries with adequate protection for the protection of Personal Data and/or the conditions specified in the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 for countries that do not have sufficient protection.
